The Emerald sales team just got back from RSPA RetailNOW 2017 in sunny Las Vegas Nevada. We have come back from the show refreshed and encouraged about the new technologies that were shown. These new technologies were focused on substantially improving the customer order flow and enhancing the dining experience. MobileBytes Self Service Kiosk

One Major highlight for us was the MobileBytes Self-Order Kiosk app. The deceptively simple kiosk software prompts customers through the ordering process with ease. The customer is able to pay via credit card right on the kiosk or notify the cashier that a cash payment is due at the front counter.  Kiosk’s are a way of cutting labor costs and enhancing your customers order experience by reducing lines and making their order process an interactive experience.
